What should I do when my pet  passes away?

      The first thing to do is contact Pet Care Crematory. A phone call works best. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day 7 days a week. On the phone, we can discuss the different options that are available to you and a time to meet.

What should I expect when I come to your facility with my pet?

You will be greeted by our support staff, and possibly by our cat and dog support staff CC, Frankie and Ava. When you have said your final goodbyes to your pet, we will take them to our Pet Aftercare area, where they will be assigned a metal tag with a special number that will go with them throughout the entire process to ensure their identity. We will ask you to fill out a Cremation Authorization, then discuss what type of urn you would like for your pets final resting place, and any keepsakes you would like. 
 
A cremation authorization form needs to be completed for every pet and can be done with our staff at the time of arrival or printed at home and completed before coming in.
 
 
 
Do you offer pawprints?
Yes, we offer some beautiful keepsakes for you
to take home and remember your beloved companion.
All keepsakes are an additional cost.

How long until I receive my pets’ cremains?
 
When choosing a private cremation this process can take up to 48 hours. This may vary depending on what keepsakes you choose, and the type of urn. Some urns can be specially engraved and can take up to a week for us to receive the urn. Our nameplates also are specially ordered for you and can take 2-3 days for us to receive and place them on the urn of your choice.
Our Clay Paw Print impressions have your pets' name stamped into the clay under their pawprint. The clay impression is left to dry overnight, then lightly coated with a layer of spray paint to give the clay a nice beige colored finish.
